Acceptable Use & Content Policy
PrintFromAI prints designs you create with AI tools. We love creative work, but we can’t print everything. This policy explains what we won’t print and how we handle reports. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Content we won’t print
- Other people’s intellectual property without permission: copyrighted characters, artwork, photos, logos or brand names you don’t own or have rights to — even if an AI tool generated a look-alike.
- Real people — their name, likeness or photo — used without their consent, especially in a way that suggests endorsement, or that is sexual, defamatory or harassing.
- Deceptive material: counterfeit or fake official documents, currency, IDs, licenses, badges, tickets, coupons or certificates; materials impersonating a business, government agency or person; fake reviews.
- Illegal or dangerous content: anything that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, illegal drugs or weapons, or other crimes.
- Hate and harassment: content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics; threats or targeted harassment.
- Sexual content involving minors (we report it to the authorities), and sexually explicit material.
- Private information about others (for example someone else’s address or phone number) printed without their consent.
AI-generated designs
You are responsible for what you upload, no matter which tool created it. AI images can unintentionally include logos, watermarks, signatures or recognizable characters — please check your design before ordering. If you aren’t sure you have the rights to print something, don’t upload it.
How we review
We don’t pre-screen every file, but our team may review designs during production, Human Edit, or when content is reported. If we decide not to print a design, we cancel that order and refund it in full. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account suspension.
Reporting content and copyright complaints
If you believe a design on PrintFromAI (for example in our public Community page or a shared design page) infringes your rights or breaks this policy, email support@printfromai.com with:
- the page link or order number, if known;
- a description of the work or right you believe is infringed;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and that the information you provide is accurate.
We will review the report promptly, remove material when appropriate and may notify the uploader, who can respond.
Use of the site, API and AI integrations
Don’t attempt to access other accounts or files, bypass security or rate limits, upload malware, overload the service, or use our API, MCP server or WebMCP tools to place orders without the account holder’s authorization.
