Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Arachne Webb DBA PrintFromAI (“PrintFromAI”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of printfromai.com, our APIs and integrations for AI assistants, and every order you place. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Reprint Policy and Acceptable Use & Content Policy.

1. Who can use PrintFromAI

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. If you order for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. We currently sell and ship only within the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico).

2. Accounts and guest checkout

You can start as a guest; we create a private guest session so your cart and uploads are saved on your device. Creating an account (email and password or Google) keeps your designs and orders across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your account. If you think your account was accessed without permission, tell us right away at support@printfromai.com.

3. Your designs and our license to print them

You keep all ownership rights you have in the files you upload (“Designs”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize, color-convert, edit (when you buy Human Edit), proof and print your Designs, and to show them back to you, solely to provide our services. If you choose to share a Design publicly or submit it to our Community page, you also allow us to display it on our site and in our marketing until you make it private or ask us to remove it (copies already printed or published may remain).

4. AI-generated content — your responsibility

Most Designs on PrintFromAI are created with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Midjourney. We do not create, review for legal clearance, or guarantee the originality of your Designs. By uploading a Design you confirm that:

• you have all rights needed to print and use it, including under the terms of the AI tool you used;
• it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and does not include a real person’s name or likeness without permission;
• it complies with our Acceptable Use & Content Policy and the law.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright and may resemble existing works; you accept that risk. We may refuse, pause or cancel any order that we believe violates these Terms, with a refund of what you paid for that order.

5. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and at checkout and are calculated by our system; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it and shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation email. If a price or product was clearly listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Reorders use the same files and options at the prices in effect when you reorder.

6. Files, print-ready checks and color

Our system prepares your file for print (sizing to the product with bleed, and converting colors from RGB screen colors to CMYK printing inks). Printed colors, contrast and fine detail can differ from what you see on your screen, between paper stocks and between print runs; minor variation is not a defect. You are responsible for spelling, content, layout and image resolution. Low-resolution files may print soft or pixelated; our upload preview warns you when this is likely.

7. Human Edit and proofs

Human Edit (an optional paid service, priced at checkout) means a designer adjusts your file for printing — for example bleed, crop marks, resolution or small text — and emails you a digital proof. We print only after you approve the proof. Once you approve a proof, you accept it as final and we are not responsible for errors in the approved proof. If you don’t respond to a proof within 30 days we may cancel the order and refund it, minus the Human Edit fee if the edit was completed.

8. Production, shipping and risk of loss

Production normally takes 2–5 business days after payment (or after proof approval when Human Edit is included). Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations, refunds and reprints

Because every order is custom printed, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. You may cancel for a full refund before your order goes to press. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, we will reprint it or refund you as described in our Refund & Reprint Policy.

9a. Reviews

After your order ships you can review it. Reviews must be honest, about your own experience, and follow our Content Policy. By posting a review (and any photos) you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and in our marketing, with the display name you chose. We publish positive and negative reviews alike; we may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, contain private information or break the Content Policy.

10. Ordering through AI assistants

You may ask an AI assistant to get quotes or prepare an order through our API, MCP server or WebMCP tools. The assistant acts on your behalf; you are responsible for reviewing the order (product, quantity, files and price) before you pay. AI assistants never receive your payment details — you always complete payment yourself on printfromai.com.

11. Acceptable use of the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to access other people’s accounts or files, bypass security or rate limits, scrape at a volume that harms the service, upload malware, or use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

12. Our content

The site, its software, text, graphics and the PrintFromAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund & Reprint Policy, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and our total liability for any other claim is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities (for example, missing an event because an order arrived late). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Arachne Webb DBA PrintFromAI from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Designs or your violation of these Terms or someone else’s rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@printfromai.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction; either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; the Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
