Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico). We don’t ship internationally yet. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses may be available — contact us before ordering.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Production time

Most orders are printed in 2–5 business days after payment. Orders with Human Edit start production after you approve your proof. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends begin production the next business day.

Delivery time

After printing, orders ship with a national carrier (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx). Transit time depends on the carrier and your location; most orders arrive within a few business days after shipping. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order on the My orders page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address before your order ships. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we’ll help where we can.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrives damaged, email support@printfromai.com within 14 days. We’ll work with the carrier and reprint or refund as described in our Refund & Reprint Policy.
